Activation of Market Depth for CME, CBOT, NYMEX, and COMEX is available as an add-on for $13/per exchange. It's important to note that the Market Depth feature is bundled for all four data; individual data purchases are not available.

All you need to do is head over to your Trader's Dashboard, click on the Plan, and under Market Depth Table, make your selection, and then check out.
