Independent Contractor Status

FlexyTrade and the Trader do not establish an employer-employee relationship; rather, the Trader is deemed an independent contractor. As per this classification, FlexyTrade is responsible for issuing and delivering a Form 1099-MISC/NEC, or any pertinent federal and state income tax reporting forms, to the Trader for reporting earnings under this Agreement. The Trader is accountable for furnishing FlexyTrade with all necessary information to fulfill tax reporting obligations accurately.
